Customer Service Staff is responsible for processing shipments and all related activities for an assigned base of accounts. The individual will have contact with customers, carriers and potential customers on a daily basis. You must be proactive in providing quality customer service and have the ability to handle pressure and responsibility in a fast pace environment, in a timely and affective manner.
- On-schedule handling of ocean / Air Cross border shipments worldwide
- Handle shipments and documentations (AWB, B/L, Customs Declaration, Pre-Alert, DO, Manifest such as AMS, ISF, ACI, etc.)
- Maintaining good customer relationships incl. problem-solving
- Correspondence with customers, vendors, and related parties for customer satisfaction, and ensure excellent service execution
- Accrue cost from vendor & submit original invoice from vendor to finance for finalize.
- Prepare and issue billing invoice (freight and custom clearance).
- Prepare customer statistics and P&L job files for month-end closing
- Manage and implement department goals, milestone, and quality guidelines

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or logistics industry
- Must have excellent customer service skills, responding promptly and professionally to customer needs and requests for service and assistance in English and Bahasa
- Able to read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence.
- Detail oriented and team player with proactive work attitude
- Strong computer skills

Pay: From Rp5,500,000 per month

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (required)
