Job Summary:
As a Social Media Engagement Specialist at Onramp Lab, you will play a crucial role in managing our social media presence on different platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our audience, nurture relationships, and establish a genuine presence in the social media world. You will have the opportunity to develop strategies to grow our community and create meaningful interactions with our target audience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Comment, outreach, and reply to people on LinkedIn to foster engagement and build relationships.
- Monitor our content, analyze comments, and respond to direct messages from our audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and updates, ensuring our social media strategy remains relevant and effective.
- Reach out to cold leads and nurture relationships to convert them into engaged followers and potential customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, drive traffic, and grow our LinkedIn community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize engagement strategies.
- Stay informed about the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.

Job Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to engage with our target audience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have:

- Proven experience in social media management and engagement on any other social media platforms.
- TOEFL/IELTS Academic Score (Or any other English as a Second Language certification).
