**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (including videos, graphics, and copy) relevant to our target audience’s financial needs and interests.
- Plan, design, and post a mix of educational, promotional, and interactive content to build brand awareness and trust.
- Manage the day-to-day activities on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
- Manage and grow the social media communities by responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and personable manner
- Analyze the performance of content across all platforms and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and growth.
- Implement strategies to increase followers, interactions, and conversions (e.g., contests, giveaways, influencer partnerships).
- Explore opportunities to collaborate with influencers and content creators to potentially expand reach and engagement within target demographics.
- Provide regular performance reports, identifying key metrics (follower growth, engagement rates, video views) and actionable insights.
- Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to ensure alignment between social media activities and overall marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Specialist or similar role managing Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong knowledge of each platform’s algorithms, trends, and best practices for growth and engagement.
- Excellent content creation skills, including video editing, graphic design, and copywriting.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Emplify, Hootsuite, or native tools like Instagram Insights).
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights to improve performance.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with the finance or fintech sector is a plus but not required.
