**Job Description Summary**: The Product Leader for the Women’s Health Ultrasound segment creates and executes the business strategy for the segment, focused on implementing the accelerated business case. Taking an entrepreneurial approach, a key element of this role is understanding “where to play” (market analysis, segmentation, competitor analysis, etc.) and “how to win” (product positioning, pricing, IB management, etc.). Critical to the success of the growth strategy, is the ability to engage the Ultrasound segment team and indirect channel partners to execute actions focused on increasing visibility and win rate for the Womens health ultrasound business.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Analyze the women’s health ultrasound market to determine which areas of the portfolio to prioritize in order to maximize win rate, financial growth and profitability in Indonesia
- Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product portfolio, markets, and competitions to drive effective executions of business strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital and strategic accounts in order to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue.
- Work with channel partners on programs and activities to grow the Women’s health ultrasound business.
- Development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
- Work with the Women’s health ultrasound segment leader to ensure the go-to-market strategy is aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct training to channel partner’s sales teams to equip them with required knowledge of Women’s health ultrasound portfolio to effectively carry out their sales responsibilities.
- Develop and work with KOLs in targeted care segments to expand educational events.
- Deliver quarterly & annual orders and sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma and minimum 5 years of selling experience into the healthcare industry, preferably ultrasound systems related.
- Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers.
- Willing to travel within Indonesia to support business needs.
- Ability to interface with both internal team members and external channel partners and customers as part of solutions based sales approach.
- Leadership skills to lead channel partners and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
- Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Excellent communications skills
