Nimbly is looking for a Head of Product who is passionate about building products that customers love along with genuine leadership skills.

As Head of Product, you will work closely with the Board of Directors to formulate the overall product strategy and collaborate with important stakeholders in the company to understand the market and the issues they face and to identify and implement innovative solutions for the broader market.

Additionally, you will also lead a team of product managers along with UX/UI designers, researchers, copywriters, and data analysts.

This is a central role and requires a unique blend of business, technical acumen, and peer-to-peer collaboration; including the ability to zoom out and see the big picture, but also the willingness and intellectual prowess to zoom in to the finer details that need to be addressed when scaling features.

**What you will do here**:

- Define product vision, OKRs, strategy and delivery of both existing and new products.
- Work with the C-suite and senior leadership team to set the product direction of the company. Collaborate extensively with other leaders from across departments to ensure strategic alignment, roadmap and execution of company OKRs.
- Drive decision making and product roadmap prioritization with a clear trade-off to balance customer experiences, business impacts, scalable technical solutions and effort required.
- Be an effective manager and leader. Build an exceptional product team, lead and mentor them on hard and soft skills required to unleash its maximum potential, set clear goals to empower team members, drive an inclusive and collaborative culture, thrive in ambiguity, and give thoughtful feedback. Guide team members in their interactions with engineering, sales, customer success, marketing, business development, and executive teams.
- Manage and oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle to ensure high-quality delivery in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with trends in the field and ensure that all products meet the strategic goals of the organization.

**What you will bring**:

- 8+ years of product management experience including at least 4 years as a leader managing other product managers. Experience in a Tech or SaaS company is a plus.
- A structured and principled thinker who can cut through complexity by creating clear frameworks and scalable solutions.
- Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Solid analytical ability to make data-driven decisions, loves making value out of data and measuring success on every project.
Exceptionally clear oral and written communication who can flex across the technical, business, and creative forums. Including excellent presentation and influencing skills.
Fluent in English, a confident communicator
