**The Role**

We are launching a YouTube series titled "Curhat Bumil", a series where Indonesian pregnant women share their unique stories via Zoom calls. This series aims to shed light on diverse pregnancy experiences, promoting empathy, understanding, and support within our community. It isn't just about producing content—it's about igniting empathy, bridging stories, and amplifying voices that often remain unheard. As our Broadcast Specialist Intern, you'll be the guiding force, the empathetic ear, and the technical wizard that brings these poignant tales of motherhood to life. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the narratives of Indonesian women. Join us, and let's co-create content that resonates, informs, and inspires.

**Work location**

You can choose to work on-site at our Semarang office or remotely.

**Working time**
- Part-time 20 hours per week for 6 months
- You can choose your day and time with a choice between Monday - Friday morning slots (08:00 - 12:00 WIB) or afternoon slots (13:00 - 17:00 WIB)

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in Indonesian.
- Basic knowledge of Zoom functionalities.
- A genuine interest in storytelling and promoting positive community engagement.
- Basic technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to create a comfortable and empathetic environment for guests to share their stories.
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.

**Extra qualifications (nice to have)**
- Previous experience in hosting, content creation, or technical production.
- Background or interest in maternal health, community development, or women's rights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Zoom calls, maintain the conversation flow, and ensure a comfortable environment for the guests.
- Identify potential guests, curate a list of topics/questions, and ensure the diverse representation of experiences.
- Handle the technical setup of Zoom calls, ensure high audio and video quality, and manage recordings.
