**Job Description**:
A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Sales Manager like you, to oversee and bring expertise to our team. This person will be brought in to further develop, manage and be responsible for the sales of our PowerGen product and solutions for Data Center sector across Indonesia.

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Responsibility for managing and achieving sales targets set for the PowerGen team across Indonesia targeting Direct Sales Opportunities (particularly Data Centers and as well other industries across the country).
- You will front the business in all discussions and negotiations with customers for Emergency Backup Solutions and work with the team to prepare quotations for customers; including preparing for and managing key customers through business review meetings and other avenues.
- Liaise and consolidate quotations for third party supplies, and engage with Sales Engineering for confirming the technical details for the scope of supply.
- Actively promoting MTU products and solutions through business & market development through the use of competitive analysis, generation of leads and the positioning of MTU technology.
- Ensuring that Sales Information (CEC, Market Data, Price Levels, Technical Requirements, etc) and information for Inventory Planning (MRF) are accurately entered and up to date.
- Work closely with our teams in our global headquarters in Germany and regional headquarters in Singapore.
- This role will require extensive business travel domestically across Indonesia to visit customers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management in the field of Industrial, Electrical, Power Systems, Energy sectors.
- Strong human relations skills, self-driven for taking initiative, team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills, result-oriented, working independently, contribution to team success.
- Excellent track record in achieving business targets, strategy development and successful execution.
- Customer focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent in networking with external customers and internal stakeholders.
- High integrity and good work ethics.
