Managing the construction in general
Managing the contractors
Managing workforce
Keeping a record of all happenings daily (weather, progress, problems) all written down on an official report.
Consulting owner with problems and situations concerning the project
Keeping a record of inventory
Material purchasing
Acting as relations manager between stakeholders surrounding the construction area, for example, Kepala Desa, warga, koperasi and more.
Revise the current construction timeline
Make sure Project follows the timeline.
Control the quality of work done in every area of the field.
Present inputs and better solutions to problems.
Be present at the construction zone as needed.
