This includes continuing to improve the quality of our current products while expanding our alternative energy mosaic (LNG, hydrogen, EV charging and biofuels).

**What’s the role?**

This is a critical role to support the accelerated growth aspiration in ID. The DO BDM plays a key role in defending and growing Shell Mobility Indonesia as First-Class footprint by acquiring good quality Dealers to achieve its network growth aspiration.

You will work closely with Network Planners and Engineering team to translate DO network plan into Dealer acquisition and NTI opening. As the DO BDM, you will provide insights to DO Channel Offer Manager to enable development of compelling Dealers Value Propositions for us to stay competitive in the market.

You will be entrusted to:

- Manage E2E DO programs delivery within the assigned region, from Dealer identification, negotiation, acquisition until site opening.
- Work closely with Network Planners to develop a robust DO Investment Proposal and ensure alignment with Integrated Master Plan.
- Work with DO Engineering Coordinator to deliver DO NTI opening within the agreed time.
- Develop negotiation strategies/tactics given any relevant situation and deliver them in a convincing manner; convey messages using different communication styles depending on audience.
- Present DO CVP in a compelling way to convince potential Dealers/ Investors, at same time balances any potential risks and ways of mitigations.
- Understand current market dynamics and competitive environment and feed this information to DO Channel Offer Manager to ensure compelling and competitive DO Value Propositions.
- Continuously identify potential sources of future competitive advantage to enhance & improve the DO Value Propositions and profitability, e.g. Container format, Select shop, QSR, Clip in, Food, ATM, etc.
- Ensure compliance & adherence to the global policies & standards related to the DO Channel Offers & Global Standard Offer Book.

**What we need from you**

- Structured communication & negotiation skills, both verbal & written
- Ability to influence and deliver through others
- Strong commercial mindset, i.e. business-driven with entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to demonstrate external focus, simplicity with speed of delivery; Demonstrate ability to build effective and sustainable network
- Resilience, able to work under pressure
- Experience in Mobility is an advantage, but not mandatory
