**Kualifikasi & keterampilan**
- Memiliki _track record_ yang terbukti sukses dalam penjualan produk estetika atau alat kesehatan (alkes) dengan pengalaman mínimal 3 tahun. Pengalaman dalam produk filler, botox, benang, dll lebih disukai.
- Memiliki network klien klinik/RS/rekanan nakes yang kuat
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam kepemimpinan lapangan, termasuk penanggungjawaban anggaran dan manajemen
- Memiliki gelar S1 diutamakan, baik dalam Bisnis / Marketing dan/atau IPA termasuk Biologi / Mikrobiologi, Bioteknologi, Farmasi / Apoteker, dengan IPK mínimal 3,00
- Harus memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik dan persuasif
- Bergairah, ramah dan mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan situasi yang menantang
- Integritas tinggi, berprestasi tinggi, gigih, dan dapat bekerja secara individu dengan pengawasan yang minim tanpa mengorbankan kualitas

**Uraian tanggung jawab**
- Bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai Target Penjualan dan Profitabilitas dari Produk yang sudah ditetapkan dan disetujui bersama. Usaha akan direward dengan program insentif yang baik.
- Melakukan visit ke lapangan ke 7-10 klien setiap harinya dengan pencatatan/clock in via aplikasi program HR
- Mengadakan workshop alat medis kecantikan dengan klinik dan dokter
- Membuat dan mengimplementasikan rencana pemasaran (strategi produk dan manajemen penjualan) yang baik dan sistematis
- Bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifikasi, mengembangkan, dan memelihara hubungan dengan sasaran pelanggan atau sumber rujukan seperti rumah sakit, klinik, organisasi, komunitas, dll
- Berkolaborasi dengan departemen _scientific_ untuk menyampaikan manfaat produk kepada tim penjualan dan target pasar seperti dokter dan khalayak umum
- Mempersiapkan dan mengembangkan alat pemasaran, brosur, materi online dan alat bantu pemasaran dan penjualan lainnya
- Memastikan suplai dan ketersediaan produk yang cukup dengan bekerja sama dengan tim gudang HO, pemasok, distributor, atau agen pengiriman
- Membina dan mengembangkan hubungan yang baik dengan komunitas pelanggan

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp20.000.000 per bulan
