**Do**

As a Security Partner Account Manager (PAM), you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans with our partners and customers in the Indonesia region. You will work closely with our sales team, channel partners, distributors, service providers, and end-users to identify and close new opportunities. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams within Cisco to provide the best solutions for our customers.

You will be part of the Security Architecture team, which is responsible for delivering Cisco’s security solutions portfolio, including network security, cloud security, endpoint security, threat intelligence, and identity and access management. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative and disruptive technologies in the industry, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and quantum computing.

You will work with a diverse and dynamic team of sales professionals who are passionate about technology and customer success. You will also work with some of the best channel partners in the region who can help you deliver value to our customers. You will report to the Security Architecture Manager who will support you in your career development and growth.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills that can influence decision-makers at all levels. You have strong business acumen and analytical skills that can help you identify opportunities and create winning proposals. You have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in sales or partner management, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of Cisco’s products, solutions, and services, especially in the areas of security
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory

U.S. employees have
**access** to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
