**What your current role should be like**:

- Ensure product requirements meet expected outcomes through focused journey research, facilitating smooth product acceptance.
- Conduct thorough research to understand and enhance the end-to-end product journey, ensuring an optimal user experience at each touchpoint.
- Manage the Product Requirements Document (PRD) process meticulously, capturing all necessary details to guide development and execution effectively.
- Lead and execute the product strategy for DevOps and Security, aligning with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and security teams to prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with industry compliance standards like PCI DSS.
- Utilize data-driven insights and market research to identify growth opportunities in DevOps, IT infrastructure, and security domains, enabling a proactive approach to product innovation.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline execution and maintain resilience in a fast-paced environment.

**What will you do?**
- **Product Strategy**: Define and execute the product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs, and security standards, specifically tailored for DevOps, IT Infrastructure, and Security domains.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in DevOps, IT Infrastructure, and cybers security.
- **Product Development**: Work closely with engineering teams to oversee the development cycle, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and alignment with security best practices.
- **Compliance and Security**: Ensure that our products meet relevant industry standards and security requirements, such as PCI DSS certification, and implement security requirements to maintain data integrity and customer trust VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing, to ensure the product security.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Partner with engineering and security teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback to enhance product performance and address security concerns effectively.
- **Budget Management**: Optimize resource allocation within the product budget to maximize impact, particularly in areas related to security and compliance initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**What do you have?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience in product management within the DevOps, IT Infrastructure, or Security domains.
