**Get to know the team**
The Business Development Strategy and Special Projects team is an established team responsible for exploring opportunities to grow Grab businesses through partnerships. We make an impact by collaborating with various verticals across Grab to deliver strategic partnerships and incubate strategic projects. Our team is made up of a diverse and close-knit team, with backgrounds ranging from tech, banking, consultants, and ecommerce industries. **Get to know the role**
**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- You will be involved in strategy formulation for Grab ID to achieve company-wide ESG (Environment, Social Impact, Governance) goals
- You drive coordination amongst internal verticals and functions to execute ESG strategies in project levels
- You lead project management to execute incubation and implementation of cross-verticals projects, initiatives, and programs as part of ESG strategies
- You are responsible for liaising and aligning with the Regional Sustainability Team on ESG initiative and reporting
**The Must-Haves**
- You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
- You have a genuine passion about social impact and sustainability issues, with knowledge on climate change, SDGs, and related matters (we are open to those who want to try out a career change)
- You have 4+ years of working experience in management consulting/think-tank/social impact or sustainability-related industries/projects (combination of which would be an advantage)
- You have previous experiences in project/process management, performance tracking
- You are highly organized, structured, and able to multitask
- You have a working knowledge on data analysis and development of business cases
- You have good problem solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
