- That is exactly what we are tackling as t-fam Making sure that our 17+ million users have the best experience in crafting their own adventure.
- You will be working with Commercial Team in analyzing and formulating (but not limited to) discount, pricing and schemes to produce the beneficial and competitive promo(s) for both Customers and tiket
- Responsible for handling the execution of promotional activities starting from idea generation to the implementation of idea(s)
- Actively analyze how tiket's promotional positioning on the market and do regular competitors' activities monitoring
- You will also be involved in insurance related activities such as ensure smooth process of insurance products' after-sales and minimize issues on Customers
- Collaborate intensively with related stakeholders to ensure smooth process of insurance products' after-sales and minimize issues on Customers
- Actively monitoring and identifying competitors' insurance related products to execute tiket's business plans

**Job Requirement**:

- Knowledge and experience in using supporting tools such as Google or Microsoft Office (Google Docs, Spreadsheet,...)
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders (Including those who are more senior and experienced)
- Knowing insurance market product is a plus
- Knowing tiket insurance product / having experience with travel insurance
- Knowledge and interest on OTA industry and familiar with business of tiket
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge on insurance related field is a plus
- Proficient in both Bahasa and English (mandatory)
