Role Purpose Statement:
Ensure development, implementation and achievement of business strategies and standards within the area of responsibility in consideration of overall Country strategies.
Main Accountabilities
- Implementation of BU strategy and achievement of financial objectives in Indonesia.
- Implementation of products and technologies within the area of responsibility in Indonesia in cooperation with regional BU.
- New business development in Indonesia to increase market share and performance.
- Sales forecast, pricing strategy, budgeting process, funnel development, business case strategy approach within the area of responsibility in Indonesia.
- Coordination BU specific issues and best practise within Indonesia
- Market research and evaluation as well as initiating measures to achieve defined objectives.
- Planning and execution of defined business projects in consideration of costs, time and resources.
- PSR, CE, and BO involvement to drive the market to convince the business impact in Indonesia.
- To ensure about the accountabilities of HSE function are implemented in role, refer from QM-001
- Plan, define and control budgets and financial objectives in the area of responsibility in agreement with the superior.
- Negotiate and deal with key customers and CRM alignment with technical, AMS as OFC strategy.
- Develop and manage an efficient organizational structure and process within the area of responsibility in agreement with the superior.
- The BU organisation is well resourced and people are managed to achieve high performance and high levels of professionalism. Develop and implement yearly plans to develop an increasingly more capable and motivated team in line with the maximize business growth (approx 15%).
- Key account management initiatives (international and local) as well as business development in Indonesia to increase market share and performance.
- Annual new entry potential customer development impact to business. (2 accounts target)
Qualification:
- University degree, commercial, technical background
- Min. 5 years’ experience in industrial sector (marketing, sales, technology)
- Indonesia domestic experience
