Manulife Indonesia Product Intelligence will be responsible to provide sophisticated research and analysis on market trends, product landscape, customer behaviors and competitive moves to enable business success on given market. This role is critical to facilitating growth initiatives through market research and has exciting opportunity to work with leaders and experts in the field.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- University degree (Bachelors)
- Growth-oriented mindset with a natural curiosity regarding business and product strategy
- Well-versed with Life and Health Insurance product and sales
- High proficiency in English writing and verbal communication & easily to absorb new things
- Experience in business intelligence or computer science
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to draw appropriate conclusions from large amount of data and to present findings
- Proven organizational and time management skills are required with demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Professional and mature approach with the ability to comfortably interact with all levels including Senior Management Willing to learn

**Nice to Haves**:

- Graduated from Law Major is an advantage.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

**On the job you will**:
Product Intelligence requires a wide range of skill and have a broad set of business knowledge and market research experiences to be called on as below day - to - day responsibilities:

- Analyze potential market and product gaps across the company's new and existing portfolio along with value added products.
- Review Indonesia insurance marketplace, and conduct analysis on their sales, services, prices, methods of distribution, and marketing to thoroughly learn about the competition.
- Obtain insights into customers’ usage of existing products, untapped opportunities and customer persona through several actions such as focus group.
- Work with the aim to automate and/or develop self-service reporting for the management team by consistently managing the data flow from various sources, including internal/external data sets.
- Demonstrate the ability to articulate and present key actionable market and competitor insights to the management team using modern visualization tools.
- Identify and recommend strategic solutions to support future growth and product plans
- Support distribution team with recommendations and necessary action plans
- Build strong working relation with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
