Melakukan report terkait complaint dan kebutuhan client kepada divisi terkait

Memberikan informasi yang lengkap seputar produk perusahaan sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan, calon pelanggan, dan non-pelanggan.

Menjawab pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan, prosedur, dan aturan yang berlaku di perusahaan.

Menjadi perantara pelanggan dan perusahaan dengan cara meneruskan keluhan
