**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales & Client Management**: Generate and manage sales inquiries for assigned clients; Engage in lead generation and account management; Conduct technical discussions as needed.

2. **Quotation & CRM Management**: Prepare and follow up on quotations; Update CRM systems accurately and promptly; Manage sales opportunities.

3. **Order Processing**: Oversee the order process from receiving Purchase Orders (POs) to project creation; Assign responsibilities and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-ups; Receive and process purchase orders accurately.

4. **Customer Support & Engagement**: Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support; Schedule meetings and manage onboarding and account management; Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction; Contact customers to answer queries and obtain missing information. Handle new customer registration requirements and verify orders in the CRM based on approved quotations.

5. **Performance Monitoring**: Develop and track performance indicators; Manage sales tracking tools and compile reports to guide strategy.

6. **Lead Conversion & Follow-up**: Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL); Engage prospects and follow up on inbound leads.

7. **Internal Collaboration**: Work with internal teams, including Finance, to process orders and issue invoices; Direct customer feedback to relevant departments; Provide general administrative support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant are preferred. Marketing/Sales/Business can apply.
- 1 year or more Sales Experiences, Experience in Solution Sales Selling and/or Experience in Test equipment & measuring tool field are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- A team player with strong technical and communication skills.
- A Service-oriented with good command of spoken and written English.
- Good problem-analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal & organizational presentation
- Self-motivated and hard-working.
- Good computer skills (Ms. Office).
- Having an existing customer base in a relevant industry will be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
