- Mazars Indonesia is looking for
- **Business Administrator **to join its growing team of professionals. Since its establishment in 2008 in Indonesia, Mazars has grown to be one of the top audit, outsourcing, tax, legal and advisory services providers.

**Key activities**:

- The role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients. The role include supporting colleagues to achieve deadlines, finalising outgoing items, dealing with external and internal stakeholders, delivering technically correct information, following, feedback on procedures or systems and communicating professionally to all levels of staff. The position forms part of the support structure that is necessary for the overall completion of administrative duties within the firm.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of all correspondence required including engagement letters, invoices, reports, articles, and proposals, in accordance with established templates-
- Formatting of documents such as engagement letters, proposals, and collations-
- Ensure engagements are registered and rolled forward on a timeous basis in Mazars system.-
- Coordination and processing of the billing function for clients, in line with standards and templates for billing-
- Coordination of signatures, lodgement process, database updates, maintaining filing systems-
- Assistance with maintenance of template letters and presentations, including update of letters based on changes according to Mazars Group.-
- Updating, archiving and maintenance of accurate physical and electronic data within various software platforms.Provide the lead Partner with administrative support: diary management, correspondence, arranging client meetings, greeting clients and undertaking project work-
- Any other general administrative duties necessary for the smooth operation of the firm- Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Fiscal Administration.-
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience within a professional services firm preferred-
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)-
- Strong attention to detail-
- Excellent interpersonal skills ability to communicate with all levels with professionalism-
- Good vocabulary and command of English is a must
