**Activities and Responsibilities**
- **Develop non branding massive consumer campaign and strategy for dengue vaccine through omnichannel (traditional & digital channels) which lead to a real call to action for the consumer to meet HCPs/HCOs/ HCEs to prevent dengue disease**:

- **Build partnership with HCO/ HCE marketing team to collaborate in increasing the awareness of dengue disease and prevention and the need of upcoming innovation through dengue vaccine**:

- **Collaborate with market access team to increase the accessibilities of Takeda dengue vaccine to A/B class patients through variety of financial solution, financial digital technology and payment methode**:

- **Collaborate with Medical team and Health System Liaison Lead to identify Dengue patient advocacies/ communities/organization to strengthen the importance of dengue vaccine in targeted communities (parents, school, Health care institution, Education institution and corporates)**:

- **Develop strategic digital campaign with digital team, making use the dynamics digital ecosystem, to increase the awareness and the importance of dengue vaccine to targeted consumers which lead to call to action for dengue vaccine**:

- **Use effective research (qualitative and quantitative) as well as direct consumer behavioral data and analytics to identify insights that will unlock opportunities for TAK-003**:

- **Analyze and activate first party data to build strong data driven relationships via audience precision targeting, personalized, adapted content and experiences to effectively address consumer needs, driving point of differentiation for the brand and create deeper value.**:

- **Manage the deployment of global digital content as part of the brand building agenda, in collaboration with consumer marketing and distributor marketing team.**:

- **Partner closely with Brand Lead and Institution MM to drive digital programs and content, to achieve deeper consumer engagement with our brands.**:

- **Align the right KPIs and measurement tools to measure results, ensuring continuous improvement of performance.**:

- **Manages assigned region A&P to optimizing executional, effectiveness and efficiency KPIs as well as guaranteeing budget compliance.**:
***Skills and Experiences**
**The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy**
- **Min. Bachelor degree.**:

- **5+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Building, Digital Marketing/e-commerce. Media background from key media agency or major advertiser is a plus.**:

- **Having experience in Vaccine or ethical consumer program or any other consumer brands targeted for children, moms and parents are added value.**:

- **English fluent.**:

- **Digitally savvy. Ability to see & understand digital content, channel and Social Media dynamics. Early adopter of technology Passion for achievement, integrity, and drive with strong desire to make things happen.**:

- **Strong understanding of channel, price, promotional activity and through-the-line activation.**:

- **Great analytical & commercial acumen/execution skills with the ability to translate brand strategies into a tangible commercial advantage.**:

- **Ability and commitment to coach and develop others s. Inspire and lead agencies to deliver world-class and strong creative work**:

- **Ability to play at different leadership levels and good team player.**:

- **Ability to work under pressure and to deal with ambiguity.**:
