**DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN**:
- Mengedukasi customer tentang produk jewelry di Spilla Jewelry
- Manajemen pelayanan customer, pengelolaan produk dan penjualan di **Tiktok**:
- Menghandle komplain customer di **Tiktok**:
- Melakukan input order dan laporan harian
- Memantau penjualan di Tiktok sewaktu waktu, khususnya ketika ada agenda **LIVE Tiktok**
**KUALIFIKASI**:
- Minimal lulusan S1 dari semua jurusan (Ilmu komunikasi, manajemen pemasaran, lebih diutamakan)
- Memiliki **pengalaman** mengelola platform digital (social media, **Tiktok, **Marketplace)
- Terbiasa dengan target
- Memahami pengetahuan tentang service excellent
- Bisa berkomitmen sesuai kontrak kerja.
- **Penempatan : Head Office Yogyakarta**
