Limpiar las máquinas del gimnasio y retirar las toallas, la basura y desperdicios del gimnasio. Mantener el suministro adecuado de vasos y agua en el área de recreación. Limpiar los baños y las duchas del gimnasio y área de recreación. Tomar, plegar y apilar las toallas de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la compañía. Distribuir los casilleros y las toallas a los huéspedes. Realizar un inventario de los suministros, materiales y equipos e informar al supervisor o al gerente los artículos con baja existencia. Brindar información a los huéspedes sobre las instalaciones y actividades recreativas. Promover un ambiente alegre, enérgico y cómodo para los huéspedes. Promover las normas y reglamentos de las instalaciones de recreo destinadas a la seguridad y bienestar de los huéspedes y miembros. Ofrecer asistencia a huéspedes lesionados hasta que lleguen los servicios médicos de emergencia. Promover las normas y disposiciones de las instalaciones recreativas. Reportar accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo no seguras al gerente; completar certificaciones y entrenamiento de seguridad.

Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía; informar cualquier problema de mantenimiento, peligros para la seguridad, accidentes o lesiones; completar la capacitación y certificaciones sobre seguridad. Asegurarse de que tanto el uniforme como la apariencia personal sean pulcros y profesionales. Mantener la privacidad de la información propiedad de la compañía; proteger sus bienes. Apoyar a todos los compañeros de trabajo y tratarlos con dignidad y respeto. Dar apoyo al equipo para alcanzar metas comunes. Cumplir las expectativas y los estándares de aseguramiento de la calidad. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y colocar objetos con un peso inferior a 50 libras (22,50 Kg) o su equivalente sin asistencia. Estar de pie, sentarse o caminar durante períodos prolongados o durante el turno de trabajo completo. Inspeccionar visualmente herramientas, equipos o máquinas (por ejemplo, para identificar defectos). Alcanzar por encima de la cabeza y debajo de la rodillas, incluso agacharse, girar la cintura, arrastrar e inclinarse. Moverse por superficies inclinadas, desníveladas o resbalosas y escalinatas. Acoger y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con las normas de la compañía. Hablar con otras personas usando un lenguaje claro y profesional; contestar las llamadas telefónicas usando la etiqueta apropiada. Efectuar otras tareas de trabajo razonables solicitadas por sus supervisores.
