**Responsibilities**:

- Work with XFN team to generate creator/ creator managers educational materials.
- Build TikTok Shop creator educational content system, responsible for course output and reaching channels construction, improve creators' capabilities of content creating & product selling.
- Build internal creator manager education system, including educating&evaluating plan for creator managers in order to lift average creator manager ability.
- Data/user research on different type/ categories of creators, continuously optimizing creator education strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or above.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Have at least 3 years of work experience in e-commerce, and have certain channel operation experience.
- Be familiar with e-commerce business, core metrics, have sensitivity to content.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, a high sense of responsibility and self
- driving, able to work under strong pressure.
- Good data sensitivity and logical thinking, with the ability to analyze and summarize data independently.
