**Project description**

Our client, a prominent leader in the fintech space, is seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The role will be on-site at the client’s office in Jakarta.

The client requires talent who can provide strategic marketing consulting while effectively executing marketing initiatives. The consultant will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the client's market presence and drive business growth.

The consultant should have substantial client-facing experience and a expertise in performance marketing within the banking & financial services industry.

**What you will be doing**
- Lead complex client engagements across various industries and problem statements.
- Develop and implement marketing and digital marketing strategies and activities from planning to ongoing optimisation.
- Manage senior client relationships, from mid-level to C-suite, acting as a trusted business advisor.
- Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Product and Business Development teams to scope projects and create relevant solutions.
- Provide marketplace insights and perspectives.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members through complex problem-solving.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Achieve KPIs related to customer acquisition, spend activation, and retention, ensuring project and client quality and satisfaction.

**Your background**
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth performance marketing, agile marketing, creative development, strategic thinking, and execution and implementation.
- Significant work experience in marketing and campaign projects, such as marketing content, digital and social media campaigns, digital customer experience, ad-tech and mar-tech ecosystems, offline marketing activities/campaigns, media management, and planning.
- Proven experience in marketing consultancy and client-facing roles.
- Strong skills in stakeholder and client management.
- Demonstrated grit and tenacity in driving marketing initiatives.
- Strong capability in managing vendor and senior client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organisational leadership.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa.
- Eligibility to work in Indonesia.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Additional marketing experience in areas such as SEO, SEM, video content creation, usability labs, and print production management.
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- MBA or master's degree in marketing or digital (preferred but not required).
