The Marketing team is a young/established/longstanding team responsible for creating consumer-driven initiatives to help grow the business of all Grab services in Indonesia. **Get to know the role**

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- You will lead API & New business marketing activities related, not limited to only that, to also support GrabExpress marketing initiatives overall
- You will support and manage the development marketing campaigns/initiatives, to achieve the desired business and brand objectives ; Mostly growing user transaction from new business opportunities
- You will collaborate with multiple supporting marketing functions and teams (Creative, Paid Media, Social Media, Own Media, Event, PR, etc.)
- Support and assist in creating weekly and monthly report of business performance and campaign evaluation, also provide recommendation for next actions to Marketing & Business Lead
- Responsible to provide category and competitive analysis on a regular basis to help the team understand better the current business environment & opportunities

**The Must-Haves**
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in a related field such as Marketing/Communications
- Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and G-Suite and other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking

**The Nice-to-Haves**
- Good in data analysis + Great attention to details (Familiar with PowerBI, Tableau is a plus)
- Experience in coordinating multiple project at the same time
- Have an eye on creative direction and copywriting experience will be a plus
- Comfortable & confident working in bilingual environments (English & Bahasa)
