**_ The Role:_**:
**Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for **_An individual consultant_**/**_main evaluator_** that will support Oxfam in Indonesia and implementing partners for the STRONGER (Sustainable intervention, Greater Voices, and Change the Barrier on Violence Against Women and Girls) project endline and evaluation study.**

**_ What we are looking for:_**:

- Experience conducting research, and project evaluations for development projects, particularly focusing on VAWG and CEFM.
- Strong experience design and carrying out quantitative data collection (individual survey) and associated qualitative data collection.
- Experience utilizing feminist MEAL principles and practices.
- Experience working with international institutions, international NGOs, and local CSOs.
- Ability to facilitate and relate to stakeholders at multiple levels and in diverse contexts.
- Demonstrate experience in managing **_remote _**data collections.
- Excellent language skills for writing and communication, both English and Indonesian.
- Sensitivity to cultural and historical contexts in the data collection and analysis process
- Ability to comply with specific requirements and strict deadlines

**_ How to apply:_**
- A simple proposal explaining: 1) adoption or modification of the recommendation method of the ToR including the timeline to conduct the overall evaluation assignment; 2) the budget required outlining their expected personnel fees and other related costs for this study with the main recommended approach is remoter or online data collection to each project area. The budget should include the tax calculation of the services.
- Samples of similar previous assignments.
