**What you'll do**:

- Identifying profitable suppliers and establishing beneficial partnerships with businesses and organizations
- Negotiating advantageous terms with external vendors
- Approving the ordering of necessary goods and services
- Finalizing purchase details, including orders and deliveries
- Reviewing and testing existing contracts
- Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve efficiency
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of company specifications and expectations
- Anticipating changes in the negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
- Analyzing data to forecast unfavorable events and prepare control strategies
- Conducting risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Controlling expenditure and fostering a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs

**What we're looking for**:

- At least 5 years of experience with purchasing and inventory management systems
- Proven experience as a Procurement Supervisor, Procurement Manager, or Head of Procurement
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as the ability to interpret market trends
- Experience working with different currencies
- Expertise in financial management, inventory control, and process improvements
- Familiarity with global regulations related to assets, procurement, and shipping, and the ability to deliver baseline reporting in USD
- Proficiency in leading procurement processes using specific methods and analyzing procurement and supply chain service requirements
- Possesses excellent analytical skills and is proficient in computer operations, particularly in using MS Excel
- Demonstrates strong negotiation and networking skills
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
- Exhibits exceptional decision-making skills and ability to work with numbers
- Has experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Possesses strong leadership capabilities
- Has excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exhibiting a strong sense of integrity
- Has a proven track record of delivering on commitments and achieving results

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Possesses advanced proficiency in Procurement Systems SAP and Oracle
