Job Descriptions:

- Membangun hubungan dengan merchant dan mendengarkan kebutuhan, masukan, dan komunikasi yang erat
- Menghubungi merchant melalui telepon untuk memperkenalkan dan membiasakan mereka dengan produk dan fitur kami
- Mendapatkan merchant untuk bergabung dengan kampanye, iklan, dan paket pertumbuhan lainnya
- Mendorong pertumbuhan dan ROI yang lebih tinggi
- Memastikan konsistensi dan kualitas merchant
- Berhubungan dengan bagian operasional, layanan pelanggan dan mitra

Qualifications:

- Pengalaman mínimal 1 tahun dalam business development, account management or operations
- Berpengalaman dalam menangani dan berurusan dengan mitra
- Multi-tasking dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan lingkungan yang terus berubah
- Mahir berbahasa Inggris akan menjadi nilai tambah
- Semangat untuk ruang pengiriman sesuai permintaan, dan pengiriman makanan pada khususnya
- Keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
