- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Agriinput Sourcing Manager.In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing agricultural inputs across all branches, including seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, and farm equipment. Your primary objective will be to establish strong connections with distributors, traders, and principals to ensure optimal sourcing at the best prices.- This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Category**Responsibilities**:
Source agricultural inputs across all branches, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
-Manage sourcing activities for seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, and farm equipment categories.
-Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, traders, and principals to secure the best buying sources and negotiate favorable terms.
-Collaborate with regional and area managers to understand sourcing needs and optimize procurement strategies.
-Stay updated on market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting agricultural inputs.
-Analyze sourcing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of sourced inputs into the supply chain.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
-7-10 years of experience in the agri-input domain, with a proven track record in sourcing and procurement.
-Previous experience working as a regional manager or area manager in diverse geographical areas.
-At least 1-2 years of experience in a head office role with an agri-input company, demonstrating strategic sourcing capabilities.
-Strong network and relationships with principals, distributors, and traders across Indonesia.
-Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to drive favorable deals and contracts.
-Self-starter with a proactive and aggressive working style, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed sourcing decisions.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
