**Requirements**:
- **Minimum education S1
- Excellent written and good communication skills
- Have a strong Ms. Office / Google Workspace skill
- Have a strong administration background
- Have a strong analytical skill and operate analytical tools
- Be willing to take on all general administrative tasks as required
- Experience and familiar using Microsoft and Google tools
- Familiar using function on Microsoft (excel & spreadsheet)
- Familiar making simpler report
- Checking and validate report daily transactions and also reconcile Qris with finance by monthly
- Check balance qty Qris vs stockcard from central ops
- Coordination with admin all territory
- Regularly share template Qris for territory
- Manage territory to fill utilities on gform finance
