Job Description

Process and maintain accurate trading and distribution documents, including purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to trading and distribution activities.

Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics) and external suppliers to ensure smooth coordination and timely fulfillment of orders.

Prepare and maintain reports related to trading and distribution activities (e.g., inventory reports, sales reports).

Assist with data entry and management of trading and distribution information in relevant software systems.

Answer phone inquiries and handle administrative tasks related to the Trading and Distribution department.

Assist with filing and document management related to trading and distribution activities.

Understand and analyze basic legal documents related to trading and distribution (e.g., contracts, invoices).

Requirement

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a trading or distribution environment.

Strong understanding of basic trading and distribution principles.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong attention to details and accuracy.

Ability to understand and analyze basic legal documents related to trading and distribution.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good English communication skills.
