We set up a dedicated team to focus on increasing your revenue and fixing the bottleneck problem of your company in all area (Even outside marketing like supply chain, channel distribution, HR, finance, partnership, fund, etc).

We're helping our brand partners & client hiring talents and make sure talents have excellent career path with training system & assesments compared working in other companies.

We want to help put talent on the right place and right companies based on strengths, skills, experience, and expectation.
- Direct the effort to develop concepts and implementations to create contents in TikTok that resonate with customer interest
- Involve in the production process of TikTok content for engagement & sales
- Keep up-to-date with trends in Tiktok and proactively contribute opinion and ideas on creating ways to produce high-quality engaging content
- Understand social media optimization to increase the number of followers, engagement, and influence
- Manage TikTok performance
- Create TikTok content by preparing scripts, briefs, and content ideas
- Explore social media trends & competitor
- Develop good working relationships with KOLs/Influencers
- Building and maintaining relationship with industry professionals or influencers (Key Opinion Leaders) and talent managers to create a strong network.
- Research & understand TikTok algorithm

**Requirements**:

- Have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Have an active TikTok account
- Familiar with Healthy Lifestyle field is a plus
- Significant experience as a TikTok creator, with knowledge of what performs well on the platform and what doesn't
- Up-to-date with recent social media trends
- Independent and able to work in dynamic environment
