**Responsibilites**:
- Manage/monitor KYC tracker.
- Review Shippers/ customer Legal documents before onboarding and use Ninja Van services.
- Ensuring and confirm the completeness of KYC before onboarding process
- Review KYC documents according to the KYC policy and procedures
- Maintain and update the status of KYC Documents
- Prepare report for each country’s stakeholders on KYC progress and updates
- Supporting Head of Legal Compliance in liaising with respective stakeholders (Finance, Sales and Sales Operations) across the Group.
- Support legal administration process and coordinate with other legal team members (manage database Commercial/Non Commercial agreement database)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree - Law (S1) - Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent English Verbal and written
- Spreadsheet/excel sheet proficiency
- Excellent observational skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
