- **Human Resource Development (HRD) Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: The Head of HRD oversees the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals. This involves creating plans to enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth.
- **Talent Management**: The Head of HRD is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
- **Policy Formulation**: Crafting and updating policies such as job descriptions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs fall under the BU Head-HRD’s purview.
- **Employee Relations**: The Head-HRD bridges the gap between management and employees by addressing grievances, demands, and other HR-related issues.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Managing employee compensation, including salaries, allowances, incentives, bonuses, and attendance systems, is part of the BU-HRD’s role.
- **Contract Management**: The Head-HRD is involved in drafting and updating employment contracts.
- **General Affairs (GA) & Legal Responsibilities**:

- **Facilities Management**: The Head-GA ensures the smooth functioning of the workplace environment. This includes handling office space, parking, and building maintenance.
- **External Relations**: Managing interactions with external entities (such as local authorities, police, and outsourcing partners) is part of the GA’s duties.
- **Logistics and Operations**: The Head -GA oversees office supplies, equipment, and operational logistics.
- **Utilities and Infrastructure**: Managing utilities (such as electricity) and maintaining infrastructure (such as office buildings) are essential tasks.
- **Legal Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with permits, licenses,contr contractsr legal requirements falls under the -GA’s responsibilities.
