If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place Market Orchestration Lead exists to turn the consumer activations configured by our Asia Pacific Regional Hub into deployed experiences across our B2C channels. This exciting opportunity ensures that all strategies and projects developed by the Asia Pacific Consumer Hub are successfully planned, implemented, deployed and optimized to deliver continuous consistent improvement in consumer outcomes and commercial performance. The ideal candidate will oversee all deliveries of consumer programs / product launches / campaigns / BAU activities being deployed by the Regional Hub to ensure they are delivered on promise and on time. Go getter individual is a must as they will manage the activated digital services as well as working with the local acceleration team and the agencies, internal service providers and toolbox owners to help define and deliver Omni channel acquisition and retention programs that are in line with global consumer strategy, market, and regional needs. You will: - Orchestrate the smooth execution of consumer activations across channels within agreed scope, budget, resources, and timing to satisfy our overall strategy, consumer and commercial objectives. - Resource management and capacity planning to deliver all activations on-time and on-promise. - Create and enforce best practices to ensure optimal usage of operational resources, including drive the continuous improvement across the entire program orchestration process and tools, then work with PMI at global /region/market to develop transition plan, including change management and a corresponding capability gap assessment plan. - Partner with cross-teams stakeholder (e.g. local affiliate IT) to ensure delivery of activations with appropriate frameworks and sign offs. - Coordinate closely with Hub stakeholders when reviewing intakes from the markets and on when product launches/programs/campaigns to be deployed - Develop trackers using project management tools for key projects to ensure setting targets, adhering to deadlines achieving milestones, and allocating resources. - Collaborate and build relationship with the markets to review the delivery progress, check then resolve if there’s any blockers - Support Hub’s Deployment Planner in designing project timeline and requirement gathering (pre-deployment), as well as insights and learnings on post-launches - Support Hub’s Market Success during the deployment process to log and track progress, activities, and consolidate any issue We are looking for: - BSc or MSc in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent degree. - Strong demonstrable knowledge in leading multi-channel and multi-market marketing operations. - Demonstrated project management experience required; project management accreditation desirable - Robust knowledge in digital marketing campaigns including Paid/Owned/Earned Media, SEO, eCRM, Social Media, and eCom and their integration with offline touchpoints (retail footprint, call centers) to deliver multichannel consumer experiences. - Experience in measuring program / campaign / experience effectiveness and using data-driven metrics. - Detailed oriented with proven organizational skills. - Fluent in written and spoken English.
