**Job Title: Software Sales Rockstar**

**Responsibilities**:
- Identifying and targeting potential customers in the assigned territory
- Scheduling and conducting F2F sales presentations and demos with stakeholders
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations
- Closing sales and assisting customers with the onboarding process for the software
- Hunt down and close new sales opportunities like a pro: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Kreloses PLT software solutions.
- Build and maintain rock-solid relationships with our clients
- Show off our cutting-edge software solutions with confidence and style
- Collaborate with our team to deliver top-notch service and support to our clients
- Stay ahead of the game by staying on top of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized software solutions that address clients' specific business needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven 3 to 5 years of sales experience: You should have a track record of successfully selling _**software solutions**_ to customers
- A proven track record of being a sales rockstar in the software industry
- A magnetic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You should be able to communicate complex ideas effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- A tech-savvy individual who can demo software solutions like a pro (Technical knowledge: An understanding of software solutions and technology products is essential to be able to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products they are selling)
- Willingness to travel: As a face-to-face sales role, you may need to travel within the region to meet with customers and prospects
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian: Having fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesian is advantageous in effectively conveying information, ideas, and instructions to both clients and managers
- Location: Based in either Yogyakarta or Jawa/Java region of Indonesia
We offer flexible working hours (40 hours per week), a full-time position with BPJS Class 1 Insurance, yearly performance reviews, and bonuses.
**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
