Field Force Manager - Samarinda
- 5+ years of proven track record in sales, preferably in consumer electronics, telecommunications, FMCG, or related retail sectors.
- 2+ years of experience in leading area sales and dealer management with a proven track record of sales achievement.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams (External & Internal), including Channel Account Management, Area Retail Managers, and Distributor Sales to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Target and Result Oriented: A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets while effectively managing resources (especially cross-functional coordination) and budgets.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Well-groomed with a proportional weight.
