Sound interesting?Then come and join **Indonesian team** as **Business Partner Manager, POC **to plan and implement sales strategies, guidelines, targets, and activities in selling assigned products to customers in order to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- You will develop and propose Business Partner sales budgets and growth forecasts, aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s).
- You will be responsible to ensure the implementation of Sales guidelines and the sales targets for the appointed Business Partners.
- You will build, manage, and develop the Business Partners for assigned territories: Business Partners selection, onboarding, communication, performance management, CRM and accurate forecast & reporting implementation, Business Partner’s confidence and competency development.
- You will perform and align Quarterly Business Reviews with Business Partners
- You will be analyzing markets, strategy, position and needs, investigates, and evaluates specific business opportunities for products.
- You will be responsible to prepare contracts and build as well as maintain a customer-focused network.
- You will support strategic key customers’ business development and act as point of contact in commercial matters.**Your qualifications and experience**:
- Having more than 5 years profound selling/marketing experience in IVD, POCT industries
- Having business partner and key account managing experience for more than 5 years
- Experienced in developing KOL, Ref accounts
- Completed MS, BSc degree in scientific or medical related field
**Your attributes and skills**:
- You are expert in bi-directional communication, business negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- You have advance competency in budget planning
- You have strong market knowledge in IVD, POC
- Other strong competencies required: Entrepreneurship, business acumen, decision making, customer focus, driving for result, strategic direction and building network & partnership
- You are fluent in English both written and verbal
