As a Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming Indonesia’s payment landscape, leading bank integrations for seamless, reliable transactions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive project milestones, ensure compliance, and shape a user-centered product experience.

**What your current role should be like**:

- Own and drive the product roadmap from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product improvement, optimize user experience, and drive engagement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and operations) to deliver high-impact product launches.
- Execute go-to-market strategies with a strong focus on user acquisition, retention, and market differentiation.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for product vision and prioritize enhancements.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to problem-solving, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Be an influential team player with strong communication skills, capable of aligning and motivating teams towards shared goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Maintain Bank Integrations**: Lead the effort to establish and maintain direct bank integrations with all banks in Indonesia, ensuring seamless connectivity and reliable payment processing.
- **Project Milestones**: Create and manage clear project milestones, outlining specific activities for each partner involved in the integration process.
- **License Acquisition**: Develop an executable strategic plan along with various stakeholders ( internal and external) to acquire the necessary licenses related to payment operations, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and monitor progress and report discrepancies
- **Team Building**: Build and manage a high-performing team, potentially adding additional team members within the next 6 months, including business analysts.
- **Progress Reporting**: Create and maintain comprehensive progress reports for the project, keeping stakeholders informed of key developments and milestones.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects of your product, using this knowledge to inform decision-making processes.
- **User-Centric Approach**: Continuously prioritize user needs, put yourself in customers' shoes, and ensure all product decisions are driven by a user-first mindset.
- **Product Requirements**: Develop clear product requirements and effectively communicate them to engineering teams and all relevant stakeholders.
