In recent years there has been an increased interest in the Thales civil solutions especially in the field of transportation and air traffic control. With the growing attention to infrastructure development by the Indonesian government, Thales will have opportunities in the transportation and security domain.

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

The main mission is site manager of THALES GCI Radar project during the system implementation phase,

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assists the THALES LAS France’ Project Manager in Day-to-day relationship with the Customer and the End User (Indonesian Air Force). NOTE: the contractual relationship remains under THALES LAS France’ responsibility
- Alerts the THALES LAS FRANCE’ Project Manager on the concerns and requirements of the Customer and the End User
- Supports the THALES LAS FRANCE’ Project Manager in understanding Customer’s and End User needs.
- Assists the THALES LAS FRANCE’ Project Manager during the regular Project Management Review held in Customers’ facilities.
- Technical support
- Site Management in order to secure dates of SAT. In this frame the main tacks are support of customer for inventory of the goods when arrived in site and tracking of the progress of civil works under Customer’s responsibility in order to schedule the Site activities in consistency with THALES LAS FRANCE’ installation resources
- Support of Thales LAS France for Site Survey, Site Readiness Review and Site activities (C2 and Radar Installation, Training).
- Support Thales LAS France and Customer for all goods shipment.
- Provides to the manager all the anomalies' reports.
- Escalate issues to the Manager where necessary.
- Reports sites activities
- Local Warranty Management
- Ensure customer satisfaction during the warranty period.

**Requirements/Qualifications**

To succeed in his mission, the site manager should have a technical background on the following fields.
- Project management
- Planning
- Civil works
- Electrical &Mechanical background
- Knowledge on Command and Control (C2) and radar systems will be an important plus.
- He/She has an experience in international context.
- ** He/She is fluent in English and Bahasa (written, spoken and read fluencies). **Speaking French will be a plus.
- ** He/She is autonomous and rigorous**. He has strong interpersonal skills and is able to work within a team and to interact effectively with customers, peers, managers.
- A training will be provided on the C2 and radar systems in France prior to sites activities (duration to be defined)
