**Responsibilities**:
Manage specified area in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals. Create territory and account development strategies and execute a plan to achieve assigned sales objectives.
Responsible for business development and revenue management for assigned area.
Maintain and retain travel agents and ensuring achieving targets
Able to Leverage our pricing, packaging and business models to maximize returns and unique business value to Via’s agents.
Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
Recognize customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address opportunities.
Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking and social media.
Demonstrate the ability to “cold call” on targeted potential customers as well as relationship building and interaction with existing and potential customers.
