- Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to export/import administration, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, logistics software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Collaborating with internal teams (such as sales, procurement, production) and external stakeholders (such as customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping carriers) to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and documentation related to export/import transactions.
