As their partner, we are assisting them in finding a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join their team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize a minimum of 2 years of sales experience to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate a hunter mentality, actively seeking out new business opportunities and generating leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively position the agency's services.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations, effectively communicating the value proposition of the agency's offerings.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong hunter mentality, with the ability to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and technology solutions is a plus.
