We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join **P&ED Specialist - Health & Well-Being**, based in Surabaya (and open for Jakarta as well). This position will present you with outstanding professional challenges, diverse learning opportunities and career growth.

**YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’**
- Co create wellbeing program (emotional, physical, financial) with functions that meet the needs of employees
- Collaborate with the external parties to provide wellbeing content and programs
- Create, track, evaluate & iterate our curated communication to employees related to their moments that matter
- Plan & monitoring budgets related with all objectives of wellbeing programs
- Support some P&C processes on a daily and monthly basis to meet the government regulation requirements, PMI principles & practices, budgetary, reporting, compliance and controls requirements.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Min. bachelor's degree (or equal, D4) - open for fresh graduates
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written) is a must
- Experienced in benefit administration/ office administration
- Analytical thinking & critical thinking
- Have knowledge in wellbeing/ employee engagement would be a plus
- Creative & agile in holding project management
- Can handle several streams of work at the same time
