**How did it all start?**

Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.

- Generate leads from various sources, such as online directories, referrals, events, etc;
- Call potential customers and convert to sales
- Offer credit retail products and programs to existing and prospective customers
- Manage customer's administrative documents and coordinate with other related circles
- Communicate customer experience and feedback to the Marketing team
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers

**Requirements**:

- Education minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum 1 (one) year of experience as a telesales or customer service representative
- Computer and internet literate

- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Proactive with a good attitude and high motivation
