**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:
Kami sedang mencari seorang IT Project Support yang bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung berbagai proyek IT di perusahaan. Posisi ini memerlukan pemahaman mendalam tentang hardware, jaringan, serta instalasi dan konfigurasi software. Kandidat ideal akan memiliki keterampilan dalam penarikan kabel, pengaturan jaringan, dan troubleshooting perangkat keras serta jaringan.
**Tanggung Jawab Utama**:
**Pemeriksaan Spesifikasi Hardware**: Meninjau spesifikasi hardware seperti server, router, switch, dan workstation untuk memastikan kompatibilitas dengan infrastruktur jaringan yang ada.
**Instalasi dan Konfigurasi Perangkat**: Melakukan instalasi dan konfigurasi perangkat jaringan seperti router, switch, access points, serta scanner dan workstation.
Memastikan perangkat keras terhubung dengan baik ke jaringan lokal (LAN).
**Penarikan Kabel dan Infrastruktur Jaringan**:
Melakukan penarikan dan terminasi kabel UTP (Cat5e/Cat6) untuk jaringan LAN.
Mengatur pengkabelan dan manajemen patch panel di ruang server atau rack.
Memastikan power source dan kabel terdistribusi dengan benar ke perangkat.
**Instalasi dan Konfigurasi Software**: Menginstal dan mengonfigurasi software pada server dan workstation, termasuk software manajemen jaringan dan antivirus.
Mengatur konfigurasi IP, DHCP, DNS, dan VLAN sesuai dengan arsitektur jaringan.
**Pelatihan Pengguna**: Memberikan pelatihan kepada pengguna akhir mengenai penggunaan software yang diinstal, serta prosedur akses dan keamanan jaringan.
**Dukungan Teknis**:
Memberikan dukungan troubleshooting untuk masalah jaringan, termasuk masalah konektivitas, latency, dan konfigurasi perangkat jaringan.
Menyediakan dukungan teknis pada user, melalui offline maupun online (remote)
**Kualifikasi**:
**Pendidikan**: Minimal SMA/Sederajat/Diploma/Sarjana dalam bidang Teknologi Informasi, Teknik Elektro, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
**Pengalaman**: Pengalaman kerja di bidang IT support atau proyek infrastruktur jaringan mínimal 1 tahun.
**Keterampilan Teknis**: Pemahaman tentang topologi jaringan, termasuk konfigurasi switch, router, dan firewall.
Keterampilan dalam penarikan kabel jaringan (structured cabling), terminasi kabel, dan manajemen infrastruktur fisik jaringan.
Pengetahuan tentang protokol jaringan seperti TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, dan VLAN.
Kemampuan troubleshooting jaringan pada layer 2/3 dan pengalaman dengan tools monitoring jaringan.
**Kemampuan Lainnya**:
Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, terutama dalam memberikan pelatihan dan dukungan teknis.
Kemampuan problem-solving dan troubleshooting yang kuat.
Kepribadian proaktif dan kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis.
Wajib
Bersedia bekerja kontrak waktu short term per batch. (waktu 2-3 bulan) dikarenakan sesuai kebutuhan project & evaluasi pekerja.
Bersedia bekerja diluar kota
Memiliki attitude yang baik menghadapi user
Nilai Tambah
Memiliki kemampuan server Linux networking, switch dan server administration.
Sertifikasi terkait jaringan seperti CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, atau Mikrotik MTCNA akan menjadi nilai tambah.
