- Filing paperwork for various departments.
- Making presentations to report on productivity
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Supervising OfficeBoy, Receptionists, and Messengers.
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Coordinate with internal and external parties (office related)
- Stock opname for all office needs
**Job Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Good communication skill.
- Experience in General Affairs at least 1 year
- Prior experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Have a good knowledge about civil, electrical and office equipments
- Multi tasking and time management skill.
