**About the role**

As a performance marketing specialist in Pinhome Capital, you will be responsible for handling paid marketing channels including native advertising, sponsored advertising, affiliate marketing, social media advertising, search engine marketing. The objective of this is to optimize means of online marketing and advertising programs to produce desired actions from the users (e.g. a generated lead, a sale, a click) within expected ROI.

**About the team**

Digital marketing is an enormous channel system to nurture brand existence, conversion rate and business sustainability. The entire process behind the scene requires a collaborative execution between many stakeholders including Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, Social Media Strategist, Public Relations, Creative and Design and last but not least Product Marketing.

Our missions are to maintain the business and inject the company’s values in all media. We rely under the AARRR strategy that combines Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue in one funnel. As a Digital Marketing team at Pinhome we handle A to Z, from marketing ideation, go-to-market strategy, implementation and also project evaluation for both our agents and customers. Our movement is decided through valid data that resonates with the users' demand.

**What You Will Do**
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaign especially facebook, Adwords, etc
- Manage and deliver user acquisition campaigns and other channels (include Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc)
- Analyze data to optimize campaigns to meet volume and ROI targets for product
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Research and analyze competitor’s advertising links

**What You Will Need**
- Relevant working experience in marketing user acquisition/growth campaigns
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing user acquisition/growth campaigns
- Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on ROI (Search, Social, Video, Facebook and Display)
- Develop and implement A/B Test plans for digital ads (especially FB Ads, IG Ads, Youtube Ads, etc) and engagement leveraging performance marketing channels, landing pages, CRM and mobile app stores
- Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and influence change
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools are advantageous (SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar database/analysis tools)
