- Coordinate with property owners and potential buyers to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Coordinate with other teams and departments for sales or marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all listings, communications, and transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Remote/Hybrid, On-site preferred
- Proven experience as a Listing Agent, Channel Manager, or similar role in the short-term rental market industry.
- Strong knowledge of short-term rental markets, property values, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and strong attention to detail.
