**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement accurate MIS management and reporting process
- Interact and work closely with management, internal stakeholders and clients to deliver information needs for analysis and decision making.
- Track, manage and maintain a holistic view of all reporting requirements and cadence to ensure reports are accurate and received in a timely manner.
- Create reports and dashboards that track overall performance of the center which can be then drilled down to business, teams,process and individual levels on a real time basis and in various frequencies
- Track and monitor closely centers performance l KPI’s and ensure timely updates
- Generate Line of business level reports on quality, productivity and utilization
- Develop,document and implement standardized MIS procedures across the entire center.
- Deliver ad-hoc rereporting needs
- Track measure and ensure zero non compliance on process audits for data security compliance.
- Enhance and maintain reporting tools and systems for efficient MIS generation and reporting needs
- Mentor, coach and guide overheads on MIS activities, tools and analytical approaches to data analysis, critical thinking and problem solving.
- Manage attendance and headcount reporting billable and non billable resources.
- Track center KPI scores and identify gaps and opportunities to promote collaboration and engagement between teams.
- Regularly provides the OPS management team with analytical notes containing insights and findings.
- Gather status updates and keep track of plan/target accomplishments.
- Weekly portfolio behavior / health check and performance trajectory analysis

Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in business management or information technology.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Reporting or Data Analytics
- Advanced MS Office or Google suite knowledge is a must (Macro/Script, Data Visualization, Query, Pivot)
- Programming experience is a plus
- Experience in stakeholders interaction.
- The ability to communicate and understand in English is a must.
- Indonesian willing to work in Surabaya
